Recipe's preparation
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 dgrees (fan forced)
2. Line or spray a mini loaf pan or square cup cake tin (this is what I use)
3. Place cashews and coconut into TM bowl and mill 5 seconds/speed 9
4. Add banana's, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Conmbine 10 seconds/speed 6.
5. Scoop batter into prepared cake tin
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
7. Serve warm or cold.

Tip
These are a favourite for breakfast in our house with some youhurt and fresh fruit.
Can also be used as snacks or desserts.
If you want to make a bigger quantity just double the ingredients.

Quite nice! We didn't have yoghurt so added whipped cream on the side while it was still hot! Yum. for us we felt it needed a bit of sweetening. So next time we will add a bit of honey. Thanks for sharing.
