Italian Rustic Green Olive Bread
- 1 sachet dried instant yeast
- 450 g all purpose flour
- 250 g lukewarm water, about 37c
- 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 10 g olive oil
- 180 g Sicilian Green pitted olives, or pitted Kalamata olives

Recipe's preparation
- Set on "Counter-clockwise operation" "Dough mode" closed the lid and cover with measuring cup knead for 2 mintues and 30 seconds.
2. Transfer dough in a clean and lightly oiled bowl, cover with cling wrap, and allow to rise for 60 minutes in a warm place.
3. Punch the dough down and fold in the olives (you can fold the olives in the bowl), then transfer to an oiled backing tray or baking paper on baking tray. use your hands to shape it into a loaf. Allow to rise for another 60 mintues.
4. Preheat oven to 200C. Dust the loaf with flour and use shape knife to make shree shallow cuts across the top. Put half cup of water in another backing tray on the bottom rack, and place the dough on the 2nd rack in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
5. Let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
1. Combine the first six ingredients in order in the mixing bowl.
