Bread Dough

  • 300 g lukewarm water
  • 2 heaped tsp dried yeast
  • 2 heaped tsp white sugar
  • 500 g High Grade Flour
  • 20 g olive oil

Topping

  • 1 some tomato relish, I use homemade stuff but spread onto of bread as a base
  • 4 pieces ham slices, Cut into small pieces
  • 1 portion grated Mozzarella cheese, Grate cheese
  • 1 Bbq sauce, zig zag on top

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Add water, yeast and sugar to TM bowl. Cook for 2 minutes 37 degress at Sp 1.

Add flour, olive oil in bowl and mix Sp 6 15 seconds
then put on kneading mode for 4 minutes.

Place Dough on thermomat dusted with flour.
Place by warm fire or warm spot for 20minutes.

Roll into ball and put onto a baking tray flatten out with hands into oval shape. Don't make too thin.

Place toppings on and bake at 180 degrees for 20minutes or until bread is golden brown.
