Tip

  • Love it! Initially it tasted

Love it! Initially it tasted slightly bitter, I had some fresh passionfruit in the fruit bowl so I added it and it cut through that slight bitterness and it was amazing! I loved it, even my 5 year old loves it and he's very fussy. I've made it 3 times this week and he licks his lips, we put fresh berries on top and it's beautiful!

The consistancy can vary depending on the ripeness of the bananas, so  it's like cake mix I just put it back in the freezer for an hour and it becomes like gelato consistancy!

    Thanks for the recipe

Nice texture but too bitter for us, maybe needs some sugar or berries added to it

Great gelato texture. Just a bit of a strong cocoa taste for us. Might try less or swap it for chocolate next time...
