Tip

this is a conversion of the 5min cheesecake that was doing the rounds on face book.

I added a sweet passion fruit coulis ( from the recipe community) on top as i thought it was a little tangy so you may not need to use all the lemon juice.

great starter cheesecake can easily add your own flavours.

no need for a oven

It sets really well, without gelatin. The lemon juice is needed to make the condensed milk and cream cheese to set. tmrc_emoticons.-D

  • This recipe is missing one

    Submitted by rrourke@mauriceblackburn.com.au on 21. June 2014 - 21:52.

This recipe is missing one vital ingredient - gelatine! Not good for us new TM users when we are too preoccupied with following the recipe and using the machine correctly to think about missing ingredients. Naturally it worked the second time with the gelatine and it was yum. Also used the passionfruit pulp on top.
