For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Chop biscuits on speed 8 for 5 seconds and set aside.
- Add condensed milk, 1/2 cup coconut, cocoa powder and biscuits. Mix on speed 6 [img title="counter-clockwise operation"]https://www.recipecommunity.com.au/sites/all/modules/contrib/smileys/packs/thermomix/counterclock.png[/img] for 20 seconds until well combined.
- Place remaining coconut in a bowl. Place mixture in another large bowl and chill for 15 minutes. Roll level tablespoons of mixture and toss in coconut to coat.
