If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
chop oats, coconut and chocolate in thermomix 15 seconds on speed 5
add dates, coconut oil, vanilla, coffee shot to bowl and mix 15 seconds on speed 5
the texture should be smooth with no lumps. Mix further on speed 5 if needed
Roll balls in fine (extra) coconut or milled (extra)rolled oats

Got a coffee date with some special friends tomorrow and looking forward to sharing these special treats.
Mixture was very wet, so added about 1/2 cup crushed mixed nuts and 1 tablespoon chia seeds. Rolled balls in a mixture of the crushed nut mixture and decicated coconut.
