If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place milk melts in TM 10 sec speed 9, scrape sides, repeat
add coconut oil, 5 min, 50, speed 1
line a tray while chocolate melts
scrape sides, 5 min, 50, "Gentle stir setting"
within the last two min change to "Counter-clockwise operation" and add remaining ingredients slowly so it mixes well
once finished scrape it into the lined tray and spread it out evenly
Place tray into fridge for 30 min
After 30 min
melt white choc (I do it in the microwave for 30 seconds & rep if needed)
then go crazy on your rocky road
place in fridge for 15 more minutest then cut up & enjoy!!
