Arriscar Cafe Tropical Rum Balls

  • 2 packages Milk Arrowroot Biscuit
  • 3-4 scoop dessicated coconut
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 1 cans Pineapple crushed, Drained
  • 1 dash Bundaberg Tropics Rum, Mango & Passionfruit flavour works best

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.       If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Mixture
  1. add milk arrowroots to Thermomix one pack at a time,
    crush on speed 6 for 8 seconds
    set aside in a large mixing bowl
  2. In large mixing bowl combine
    coconut, crushed biscuits, condensed milk, drained crushed pineapple, tropical rum
  3. Mix thoroughly until mixture comes together. Should be firm enough that balls won't flatten but soft enough to form balls easily.


    if mixture is too wet add more dessicated coconut as required
  4. Roll into balls of desired size & roll in extra coconut

    we do 35g at the cafe
  5. Place in airtight container in refrigerator to set. Allow 3-4 hours for balls to set.
