Arwen & Suzie's Lime-on-cello Sorbet

  • 100g sugar
  • 1kg ice
  • 150g limoncello liquer, (or to taste)
  • 350g Limes, zest flesh (no pith)
  • 1 lemon flesh only
  • egg white optional

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar & zest into TM bowl & chop for 10 - 20 secs speed 10. 

    Add limoncello & lime & lemon flesh (& egg white if using). Chop for 5 secs speed 10. Add the ice & chop for 1min 30 secs on speed 10 stiring with the spatula if needed.

    Lovely light end to a heavy meal. Froze to soft serve style consistency. Delicious. We used Cointreau as didn't have limoncello. Thanks
