Recipe's preparation

    PASSIONFRUIT CUSTARD
  1. Place all ingredients into the TM bowl, except the passionfruit. Cook for 8 mins 90 degrees speed 3. Add the passionfruit & mix for 20 secs Counter-clockwise operation speed 3.

    Serve with extra passionfruit on top if you wish.

Tip

You may like to use 100g of good quality white chocolate instead of the sugar. Chop it up first in the Thermomix bowl on speed 9 for 5 secs then proceed with the recipe.

    I just made this with the white chocolate - it is very yummy & not too sweet. I did cook for an extra 3-4 mins longer though as I wanted it nice & thick.

    Thanks for this great recipe! With an abundance of passionfruit from our vine I add around 8 to this. I've made with a 400ml can of coconut cream + 100g almond milk and its delicious. I've just tried it with all homemade almond milk and its still yummy but not as creamy. I use coconut oil instead of butter & 50g maple syrup instead of sugar.

    Delicious! Added a teaspoon of vanilla bean paste. Used 450g milk and 50g cream. Great recipe.
