Recipe's preparation
Mill sugar and lime peel for 20 sec/ speed 9
add fruit and 1/2 the ice blend for 20 sec/ speed 9 ***
add reminding ice, coconut cream and egg white
Blend for 1 minute/speed 9

Yum! Think I'll add mint, passion fruit and pineapple and sweeten as needed with milled coconut sugar. Thanks for sharing. When making sorbet I also add the Thermomix server to freezer full of ice for a short time beforehand so that the sorbet can stay cold in the thermoserver for longer.
