- 120 grams runny honey
- 125 grams lime juice
- 100 grams Melted Coconut Oil

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Blend whole almonds, 30 seconds speed 9.
Add dates and blend for 10 seconds, speed 9.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and pour half into a large glass dessert bowl. Set aside the remainder.
Rinse Thermomix bowl and lid.
Add all the remaining ingredients and blend for 30 seconds, speed 9.
Scrape down the sides and blend for a further 20 seconds, speed 9 if a smooth consistency is desired.
Using the spatular, spoon approx half the filling on top of the crust layer.
Spoon remaining crust layer on top of the filling so it is covered.
Spoon remainder of the filling as a final layer on top.
Place in the fridge or freezer until the layered cheesecake has set firm.
