      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place ripe bananas and milo in TM. Insert MC and mix 10 seconds speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat until smooth consistancy. Place in plastic container and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer and chop into quarters, place in TM, insert MC and mix 10 seconds, gradually increasing speed to 9. Scrape down sides and mix again, 10 seconds speed 8 or until creamy. Serve immediadley or freeze again for later.

    at first i wasnt to sure but i gave it a go and it was alright. will make it again with choc chips added to it
