Banana Coconut Chocolate Ice cream dairy Free

  • 2 or more Large bananas frozen cut into sections
  • 1 --- tray ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup of chilled coconut cream
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup of chilled soy milk/other milk of choice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into thermo jug except the milk.  

    Blend for 30 secs, speed 10.  Check, scrape bowl.  Repeat until mostly mixed through.  

    Add milk to achieve desired consistency and blend again.  Check every 30 secs.

    Serve immediately or pop in the freezer for later.
