Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Peel banana

     

    2. Slice banana in half lengthways, and through the middle

     

    3. Freeze floating ziplock bags.

     

    4. Once frozen, place bananas in TM bowl and 'shoosh' for 1 minute on 9, or until smooth and creamy. (With mc)

     

    Add to smoothies or enjoy on their own as a healthy ice cream.

    Thanks for sharing. Family loved it. Added Nuttela to make it more indulgent. Might try with cornflakes for some crunch.
