Banana Passionfruit 'Ice Cream'

Ingredients

1 litre(s)

  • 400 grams frozen mango pieces, Approx
  • 150 grams Frozen Mango Chunks, Approx
  • 3-6 pieces passionfruit

Recipe's preparation

    Alter amount of each item according to your taste :)
  1. Step 1: Remove frozen items from freezer and let thaw for 5-10 minutes.

    Step 2: Place all ingredients into bowl and blitz on speed 9 for 10 seconds.  Remove lid and scrape down sides.  Repeat until desired consistency is achieved.

    Step 3: Serve immediately with or without more passionfruit, any left overs can be put into a freezer safe container and put into the freezer for a later date.

Tip

This will taste better immediately after making, if serving from the freezer let it thaw for a bit first!
