      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill coconut sugar 10 sec, sp 10.

    Add coconut cream & berries to TMX bowl.

    Blend 1 - 1 1/2 minutes (until smooth) on sp 9-10.

    Serve immediately.

    I made this tonight for my husband who is lactose intolerant. I only had coconut milk but it still turned out really nice. We both enjoyed it. Thank you

    Thank you for this recipe! It's lovely. I recently made it at a dinner party where one of the guests was dairy intolerant. Everyone loved it! It's delicious. I've since made it with frozen mango without adding the sugar. So easy and delicious.
