  • 140 g Pitted medjool dates, Fresh
  • 80 g desicated coconut
  • 40 g Inca berries
  • 20 g dried goji berries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Nut Free Bliss Balls
  1. 1. Drain the water from the Sunflower kernels and add to bowl

    2. Add Medjool Dates, desiccated coconut, Inca berries, Vanilla extract into bowl as well

    3. Blend together on 25 Sec/Speed 5.

    4. Scoop out a desert spoon full and roll into ball, then rolling into additional desiccated coconut. 

    Can be stored in airtight container in fridge, or in freezer.
