  • Great recipe and for school

    Submitted by Allyabbott on 28. October 2014 - 17:37.

Great recipe and for school lunches!!

I had no cashews so I used 115g sunshine/trail mix.

I never made a slice, I rolled them into little balls and then into really fine coconut that I chopped in thermo.

My 4 and 6 year old love them and great for breaky, lunch etc

Next time I am going to add chai seeds, sunflower pumpkin seeds etc

Great snack and I control what's going in them.

    Thanks
