Cappuccino Souffle

  • 1.5 --- Cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoon Coffee liqueur, eg Tia Maria or Kahlua
  • 1 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 125 grams dark chocolate
  • 60 grams Butter
  • 3 tablespoons plain flour
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 2 egg white

Coffee Cream

  • 300 g cream, whipping, 30-40% fat
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoons hot water
  • 1 tablespoons Coffee liqueur

Recipe's preparation

    Make the coffee cream 1st
  1. mix sugar, coffee, hot water and coffee liquer for 20 sec|sp9. Insert butteryfly attachment into bowl and add cream. Beat 30-45 sec|sp4. Make sure you don't over beat the cream. Put aside. Wash and dry bowlClosed lid
  2. Souffle
  3. Have the eggs at room temperature.
    Preheat the oven to 190°C. Rub butter into 1 cup souffle dishes. Coat with some caster sugar.

    Add sugar, instant coffee & dark chocolate into the bowl and blitz on sp9|20 sec
  4. add butter, flour, milk, coffee liquer and egg yolks and cook for 5.5 min|90°C|sp4. Pour into a separate bowl or jug. Set aside. Wash and dry bowl Closed lid thoroughly
  5. insert butterfly whisk and add egg whites. Whip on sp3.5 until peaks form (approx. 1-2 mins)
  6. Slowly fold in the eggs whites to the souflfle mix using the spatula. Pour souffle mixutre into the dishes and bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately with Coffee Cream

They will drop not long after you removed them from the oven.
