If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Lightly grease 2cm-deep, 24cm base pan
2. Place biscuits in "Closed lid" on 3 sec/speed 5
3. Add nutmeg and butter in with the crushed biscuits
4. Combine on 10 sec /speed 4
5. Press evenly into base
6. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour - 1. Place walnuts into mixing bowl and chop 2 sec/speed 3, place into a side bowl
2. Insert butterfly whisk
3. Combine condensed milk, butter and brown sugar"Closed lid" 100 degrees3min/ speed 2 caramel should be thick
4. Add in walnuts"Closed lid" "No counter-clockwise operation" 5 sec / speed 2
5. Insert filling into tart base, cover with glad wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set
