Mill Sugar and Milk Chocolate

  • 50 grams raw sugar
  • 100 grams milk chocolate bits, Good qualtity I used belgium

Add Frozen ingredients

  • 500 grams cherries, pitted, frozen
  • 200 grams coconut cream frozen into ice cubes

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Milling Sugar/ Chocolate
  1. Weigh in Sugar and Chocolate (note one can reduce sugar dependant on sweetness of cherries) Mill at Speed 10 for 10 seconds.

  2. Add ontop of chocolate and sugar (if used), weight in Cherries and Coconut cream, Speed 10 for 1min 30 , adding water if needed, blend for additional time until constistency of soft serve. Serve immeadiately.

Tip

The amount of water and sugar is purely dependant on Taste... if the cherries are sweet one can leave out the sugar totally and if the milk chocolate is also a sweet one leave out the sugar.
