1/2 Cup Milk

Icing

150 grams icing sugar

  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

Insert Butterfly into mixing bowl and add milk, cream and vanilla pudding mix. Mix for 30-40 Seconds , speed 3.5

Layer approximately 2-3 heaped Tablespoons of mixture onto biscuits depending on your desired thickness and sandwich together. Set aside. Clean and dry mixing bowl.

Add Icing sugar ingredients to bowl and mix on speed 6 for 10 seconds , scrape down sides and repeat if necessary.
spread icing over biscuits to your liking and place in the fridge covered overnight to soften.

This recipe makes 9-12 biscuit slices depending on how thick you would like the centre to be.

Tip

For a quick clean of your mixing bowl and butterfly just add enough water to cover blades and a drop of detergent and mix on speed 4 for 20 seconds.
