      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Cheesecake Balls
  1. Allow cream cheese an peanut butter sit at room temperature until softened.

    Line a banking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place Dark choc chips into bowl Closed lidan chop 5 sec/ speed 7
    Transfer to a bowl. No need to clean bowl
  3. Add, cream cheese, sweetener & peanut butter into bowl Closed lid. Mix for 15 sec/ speed 3. Repeat if it is not smooth for ur taste.
  4. Scoop out with teaspoon an form into balls (golf ball size). Dip into chopped chocolate remember this is optional.
  5. Place on lined tray an pop in to fridge for 5mins.

    Or place in Freezer for 2hr an then transfer to a freezer safe container.
