Cheesecake balls

  • 2 packages White chocolate biscuits, Tim Tams work well
  • 225 g cream cheese, At room temperature
  • 250 g White Chocolate Buttons, for dipping
  • 80 g Milk Chocolate Buttons, for dipping
  • 50 g White Chocolate Buttons, for decoration (optional)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place biscuits into bowl
  2. Place lid and MC
  3. Cursh for 3 seconds at Speed 8 (extend time if required until finely crushed)
  4. Add Cream cheese to bowl
  5. Place into a seperate bowl and refridgerate for 20 minutes or until mixutre hardens
  6. Roll into bite size balls and place back into fridge
  7. Place white chocolate and milk chocolate into bowl
  8. Grate chocolate for 5 seconds at Speed 9
  9. Scrape down sides and melt chocolate for 4 minutes, 50 degrees at Speed 2. *At 2 minutes, stop process, scrape down sides and make sure chocolate isnt sitting on top of the blades.
  10. Roll the balls into the chocolate until completely covered and place back into fridge for 1 hour
  11. To decorate melt additional chocolate and drizzle over the balls prior to serving
