Recipe's preparation

  1. Place cherries and sago in TM bowl.

  2. Cook for 5-7 minutes 90 degrees Counter-clockwise operation + Gentle stir setting

Tip

Cherries can be stoneless or you can have fun removing the stones as you eat. Serve with cream.

    I think it might depend on how you like the sago, I'm happy with it a little less cooked.

    I made this today, but not sure I did it right?  I used the whole tin of cherries, including the syrup and 30g of seed tapioca.  I ended up cooking it for 20 minutes as the tapioca was still hard after only 7 minutes.  It tasted good, like thick cherry jam.  I'll serve it chilled and layered with lemon custard and cream.
