  • 100 g sugar
  • 180 g chocolate, (dark cooking choc is perfect)
  • 50 g plain flour, (can use cornflour)
  • 250 g Cherries, (fresh & pitted OR from a can)
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 400 g coconut milk, (1 x can)
  • 350 g Milk, (full cream is good here)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill sugar, chocolate, flour together for 10sec speed 10.  Scrape down.

  2. add Cherries and mix for 2sec speed 4

  3. add remaining ingredients (eggs, coconut milk & fresh milk) and cook for 8mins 90decC speed 4

Tip

OPTIONAL:  you can add a handfull of dessicated coconut (with milk) if you like a coconut texture to your custard.
