  • 395 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 110 grams Butter
  • 200 grams glace cherries
  • 5 drops pink food colouring
  • 250 grams dessicated coconut

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Steps
  1. Line slice tray with baking paper
    Place butter into bowl. 2mins, 60deg, Speed 2
  2. Add biscuits into bowl. Mix 5sec, Speed5
  3. Add condensed milk, cherries, coconut and pink food dye. Mix 30 secs, speed 5. Repeat if needed
  4. Press into slice tin
  5. Melt chocolate in microwave, 30secs. Pour over slice and place into fridge for a couple of hours (until chocolate is hard)
