Recipe's preparation
- Pulse almonds 5 or 6 times until coarse meal.
- Add coconut, cocoa and sweetener. Pulse twice to mix.
- Add coconut cream. Mix speed 4-6 until even wetness.
- Roll into walnut sized balls. Coat in shredded coconut.
Set in fridge, serve chilled.

Can you please clarify - does 50g of desiccated coconut go into the mix and 50g of shredded coconut used for coating, or does all 100 g of coconut go into mix with extra shredded for rolling? Thanks.
