Ingredients

Centre

  • 80 g Shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut butter, Quirky Cooking recipe
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste, Homemade

Chocolate coating

  • 100 g cocao butter
  • 95 g Cacao powered
  • 10 g sweetner of choice

Recipe's preparation

    Centre
  1. Weigh all of ingredients for the centre into the Thermomix bowl. combine 5min/50C/Speed 3/Counter-clockwise operation

    Once combined roll in to balls or press into moulds and refrigerate/ place in freezer until firm

    melt coating in Thermomix bowl 6min/50C/Speed 3.

    Coat coconut balls then place in to fridge/ freezer to firm. Re-coat once first layer has hardened. 

    Store in fridge.
