- 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste, Homemade
- 100 g cocao butter
- 95 g Cacao powered
- 10 g sweetner of choice

Weigh all of ingredients for the centre into the Thermomix bowl. combine 5min/50C/Speed 3/"Counter-clockwise operation"
Once combined roll in to balls or press into moulds and refrigerate/ place in freezer until firm
melt coating in Thermomix bowl 6min/50C/Speed 3.
Coat coconut balls then place in to fridge/ freezer to firm. Re-coat once first layer has hardened.
Store in fridge.
