If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  • My son had the delicious

    Submitted by Kazcooking on 19. December 2015 - 21:23.

My son had the delicious condensed milk variety of choc balls at a party and was at me to get the recipe. I was determined to find a way to make a healthy version to sneak added nutrition into him and this is what I came up with. His verdict - better than the party ones! I made them for his teacher as an end of year gift and she also loved them tmrc_emoticons.) I hope you enjoy them too!
