Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Add sunflower seeds and chia seeds to the bowl and mill on speed 9 for 20 secs.
- Add desicated coconut and mill for a further 20 secs speed 9.
- Add the dates, cocoa powder and maple syrup and mix for 30 secs on speed 8.
- All the drops of peppermint and mix for a final 5 secs on speed 6.
- Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut or press into a lined tin and refrigerate for about 30mins-1hr before cutting into pieces.
