If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Mill 225g almonds and zest of 1 orange on sp 10 for 10 secs
Add 15 pitted medjool dates, 2tbsp chia seeds, 1.5tbsp raw cacao, 2tbsp coconut oil, juice of the orange and blend all for about 10 secs on sp 10, then reduce speed to around 5-7 until it starts to combine.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
