Choc Teddy Fudge

Ingredients

  • 100 g Chocolate Tiny Teddies
  • 375 g Chocolate Melts (Milk)
  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Recipe's preparation

  1.  Roughly chop Tiny Teddies 4 seconds, speed 5.  Use the TM basket to sieve out the biscuit crumbs from the larger chunks and set both aside.

    *You may want to process chocolate in batches as the official TM stance is to process a maximum of  250g chocolate at a time.

  2. Add chocolate and chop 6 seconds, speed 7.

  3. Add sweetened condensed milk  and heat 6 mins, fifty degrees, speed 2.

  4. Add vanilla essence and the biscuit chunks and mix 10 seconds, reverse, speed 2-3.

  5. Pour into a lined 20cm x 20 cm square tin.  I found this size gives the best result for width and height.

  6. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs over the top and refrigerate until firm (approx 30 minutes).

  7. Cut into pieces with a pizza cutter and bask in the compliments!

Tip

*You may want to process chocolate in smaller batched to avoid overloading the TM.
