  • 150 gram Choc, Grated, Can be DF GF or easter eggs
  • 250 gram water
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Vanilla Paste
  • 100 gram Coconut sugar, Brown, panela, Whites fine. But at cafe we use coconut
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

    My Cafe syrup, used for plating, dessert, hot Chocolate, milkshakes
  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl, heat 6 minutes 100 degrees speed two.

    Remember to use Grated Chocolate,
