Chocolate Ice-Cream

  • 100 grams sugar raw
  • 50 grams glucose or corn Syrup
  • 50 grams Dutch Chocolate Powder or Cadbury Drinking Chocolate or Easter Egg Chocolates
  • 80 grams water
  • 180 grams coconut cream
  • 700 grams ice
  • 1 Egg white (optional)

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Ice-Cream
  1. Place sugar, syrup, cocoa and water in bowl and cook for 3 mins/50 degrees/speed 3.

    Add coconut cream and 350g ice and blend together for 10 sec on speed 10.

    Add remaining ice and egg white and with the aid of the spatula, blend for 1 min at speed 9 until blended.

    Enjoy with your Valentine.

Tip

If using left over chocolate from Easter; mill the chocolate first and then continue with the recipe!  Also, try freezing the coconut cream and blend as per recipe.............
