Chocolate Mousse

  • 160 g dark chocolate, Loving earth or 85% dark
  • 400 grams coconut cream, see tips for variation
  • 1 level tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 heaped tablespoon Rice malt syrup, Or honey

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Melt chocolate with coconut oil

    2. Mix coconut cream & chocolate

    3. Stir in honey

    4. Set in fridge for 6 hours

Tip

For a mousse like consistency - use coconut cream in place of coconut milkFor choc icy poles or ice cream, place in zip pop casing or cups and freeze (best to use coconut cream for this)
