Chocolate nut & seed clusters

Ingredients

16 piece(s)

Chocolate

  • 130 grams golden syrup
  • 25 grams cacao powder or cocoa
  • 50 grams coconut oil
  • 110 grams Peanut Butter, crunchy

Nuts & seed

  • 130 grams sunflower seeds
  • 120 grams cashews, unsalted, Can used any type of nut

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place golden syrup, cacao powder and coconut oil in TM bowl. Mix 2minutes at 70C on speed 2.

     

    Add peanut butter to chocolate then mix 10 seconds on speed 2 or until combined

     

  2. Add nuts and seeds to chocolate in TM bowl. Mix 20 seconds on speed 3 Counter-clockwise operation or until combined.

     

  3. Line a large flat tray with baking paper.

     

    place spoon fills of mixture on tray then place in fridge to set for at least 2hours.

     

    once set transfer to airtight container and store in the fridge.

Tip

You can use maple syrup instead of golden syrup if wanting.
