Recipe's preparation

  1. Crush the bicuits on sp 6 10secondstill a fine crumb consistency

set aside in a large bowl

break chocolate into pieces add the whole block to the bowl and process on sp 6 for 10-15 seconds, add to biscuit crumbs

gently fold through the can of condensed milk.

using a teaspoon as a guide roll a teaspoon of mixture into a ball and then roll in dessicated coconut

repeat till all mixture is used.

i generally get 40-50 balls from this depending on size, you can also do small logs if preffered

store in airtight container in fridge

freezes well just defrost in the frigge for a few hrs prior to serving

You may have to refrigerate mixture prior to rolling balls, however i havent found i have needed to.
