      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place oil, cacao, rice malt and maply syrup into bowl and blend on speed 3 for 20 secs. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl to remove any residue and repeat process.

    2. Add in chia seeds and powder and blend on speed 4 for 30 secs. Scrape sides and repeat or until blended well.

    3. Pour into desired moulds and freeze.

Tip

*Keep in freezer as they can melt if left out.
