Chocolate self saucing pudding

  • 60 g Butter, cut in pieces
  • 170 g self-raising flour
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 40 g raw sugar
  • 150 g Milk of choice
  • 385 g water
  • 125 g raw sugar
  • 15 g cocoa powder

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate self saucing pudding
  1. 1. Pre heat oven to 180 deg.

    2. Add butter to bowl and melt 2 mins 30 secs, 60 deg, sp 1.

    3. Add flour, 15 g of cocoa, 40g of the sugar and milk to bowl and mix 10 seconds, sp 4.

    4. Put in oven proof dish.

    5. Don't wash mixing bowl.

    6. Add water, Sugar and Cocoa and heat 5 mintes, 100 deg, sp 2.

    7. Pour sauce over pudding mixture using the spatular so you dont disturb the pudding.

    8. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

    9. Serve with ice cream and enjoy.
