Choconut Rice Puffs

  • 100 grams dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 20 grams coconut oil
  • 100 grams rice puffs
  • 20 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 20 grams Pure Maple Syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add chocolate and coconut oil into bowl, melt 2 min and 30 sec, 50 deg, speed 1

    Add all other ingredients and combine 30 sec, speed 1, Counter-clockwise operation

    Spoon mixture into cupcake/muffin cases and refrigerate until set. Approximately 30 minutes to an hour.

Tip

You could use white or milk chocolate, but it won't be dairy-free. Add extra chocolate for a yummy, chocolatey, crispy base

Top with sprinkles, desiccated coconut, mini marshmallows etc

You can easily double the batch, by simply doubling the ingredients

They freeze well. Mini serves work well for picnics or school lunchbox etc
