  • 120 grams coconut oil
  • 20 grams Rice malt syrup
  • 40 grams Natural Peanut Butter
  • 20 grams chia seeds
  • 100 grams frozen Rasberries

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Christmas Cacao Cups
  1. 1. Have red and green silicone cups or moulds ready to go

    2. Place cacao powder, coconut oil, rice malt syrup, natural peanut butter and chia seeds in bowl blend for 8 seconds on speed 3.

    3. Scrape bowl down using spatula

    4. Pour mixture evenly into silicone cups then place frozen raspberries on top of chocolate mixture, sprinkle with himalayan sea salt.
