For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Christmas jelly/ candys
  1. Homemade Christmas gummy bears 🎄

Gummy bears come in an endless variety of flavors, shapes and colors.

I'll show you how easy you can do it yourself & in Christmas style 🎄

    You need
    8 sheets of gelatin
130 g fruit juice of your choice
    Cherry juice, orange juice etc.
    30g sugar
    1/2 lemon, juice of it
    food coloring
    Small silicone mold (Christmas)

    1. Place gelatine in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds/speed 10. Add fruit juice, lemon juice and sugar to the mixing bowl and heat for 3 mins/80°/speed 2.
    2. Add food coloring and mix for 30 seconds/speed 2. Distribute the liquid evenly over the mold, let it cool down and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
    3. Remove the Christmas gummy bears from the mold, package them neatly or store them in a glass jar/refrigerator.

The treats can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks!

Tip: If you want to pack the gummy bears and give them away, powder them with cornstarch. Then they don't stick together.

For a sour taste, bread the gummy bears in a lemon juice and sugar mixture
