Custard

  • 50 grams cornflour
  • 60 grams white sugar
  • 1 level teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams Milk
  • 20-50 grams Butter, depending on how oily you want the effect to be
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 40 grams raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill the cornflour, white sugar, and cinnamonClosed lidNo counter-clockwise operation | 10 Sec | Speed 9. Add eggs and milk and cook Closed lid | 90°C | 7 Min | Speed 4.

    Place the Butter in a small bowl and microwave until melted. Mix raw sugar and vanilla into the butter and set aside.

    After cooking is complete, fold in the buttery mixture Closed lid | Speed 5 | 1 Min.
