Classic RAW Bliss Balls

  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 100 g raw cashews
  • 20 g Cocao Nibs
  • 5 medjool dates, deseeded
  • 20 g desicated cocnut, plus extra for coating
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 40 g Coconut butter
  • 30 g Rice malt syrup
  • 30 g coconut oil

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add oats to the TM bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9

    Add cashews and mill 10sec/speed 5

    Add cocao nibs and mill 10sec/speed 5

    Add dates and mill 30sec/speed 8

    Add coconut butter, coconut oil and rice malt syrup and mix 30sec/speed 4. 

    Scrape down sides, add coconut and chia then repeat until mixture is well combined. 

    Roll into balls and coat with additional desicated coconut or chia seeds. 

    Refrigerate until firm.
