Coco Protein Balls

Ingredients

20 piece(s)

  • 200 grams medjool dates pitted, soaked
  • 150 grams raw almonds
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams Freshly grated or desicated coconut
  • 50 grams Pepita Seeds
  • 20 grams Dried Cranberries.
  • 40 grams Chia Seeds., White or Black are ok
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin Cocount oil
  • some Maca powder, or cacao powder.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Soak all of the seeds and nuts (excluding chia seeds) in cold water for 2 hours.

  2. Soak the pitted Medjool dates for 10 mons in cold water.

  3. Drain all nuts, seeds and dates and combine all ingredients in mixing bowl for 30-40 seconds on speed 6 or until a fine consistancy.  Use the spatular to push through the bowl while it's in motion.

  4. Roll into balls and roll in macca powder or desicated coconut and put in fridge to set.
