Coconut and Lemon Bling Balls

  • 300 gram Cashews
  • 100 gram medjool dates
  • 20 gram lemon juice
  • 10 gram coconut oil
  • Shredded coconut

Recipe's preparation

    Coconut and Lemon Bling Balls
  1. Add Cashews to bowl 10 seconds speed 10

    Scrape down sides

    Add rest of the ingredients 30 seconds speed 10

    Serve into a mixing bowl and use a teaspoon to add in making the 12 balls, roll one at a time in the shredded coconut oil.

    Stores for 5 days in the fridge however, mine never last that long

    This was my first time at making Bliss balls.  These are YUM!  I didn't roll in coconut at the end but they were still very yummy.
