Recipe's preparation

  1. Soak gelatine in iced water 15 min to soften.

  2. Insert butterfly, place coconut cream & bean into mixing bowl and heat 8 min/Varoma/speed 2.  Allow to infuse for 5 minutes.

  3. Add gelatin and mix 20 sec/speed 2.

  4. Strain through a fine sieve.  You can serve foam using a whipping cream gun.  Add foam to whipping cream gun, charge with gas as directed by instructions and chill.
